Training of Trainers - Module 2
“Training on social assistance” 12-28 October 2006

Purpose: The second training module on Social Assistance had a more specific character given the fact that the social assistance and services delivery represent the main areas of activity of the trained beneficiaries. The training had as purpose to broaden the beneficiaries’ knowledge with regards to social services delivery based on European Models and best practices. Not less important should be mentioned the trainings on legal framework of social services delivery, social provision, cooperation between NGOs and local authorities as well as financing of social services.

Based on the topics covered during the training sessions, the Resource Centers will be able to build in the future efficient cooperation and partnership among similar organizations and local authorities as well as improve their abilities to work with the existent social standards in the framework of the real conditions of the Republic of Moldova.
